Called Your Electrical Solution after a decorating accident left us with no electricity. It was an emergency call late in the evening, and Will came out within two hours to assess the situation and determine whether anything could be done immediately.

Although the issue could not be fixed straight away due to the nature of the fault and the age of the wiring, Will was extremely professional and explained all available options in detail, including the best course of action. He kindly left us with additional torches and a portable charging device to help us through the night.

By midday the following day, Will had arranged for a colleague to attend and replace the consumer unit and fuse isolator. The work was completed efficiently, professionally, and to a very high standard, with everything left clean and tidy afterwards. Will also returned to ensure we were happy with the work completed and took the time to answer any questions or concerns we had.

What stood out most was the level of customer care throughout the entire process. Being without electricity overnight was understandably stressful, but Will kept us informed at every stage, responded promptly to questions, and genuinely went above and beyond to minimise the disruption to our family. His honesty, expertise, and commitment to finding the right solution gave us complete confidence.

In an industry where finding dependable and trustworthy tradespeople can be challenging, Your Electrical Solution exceeded our expectations. The combination of technical expertise, excellent communication, rapid response times, and genuine customer care was outstanding. We are extremely pleased with the quality of workmanship and professionalism of the service received and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Kobe is such a great guy, arrived promptly did the job, left no mess and gave great advice. There was an issue with the electrics (caused by me) so he sorted that too, while being friendly.

Absolutely brilliant service. I’ve used Your Electrical Solution a few times now and couldn’t recommend them enough.

The first time was during the heatwave when I desperately needed a ceiling fan fitted to stop my twins overheating — they came out the same day to help us.

I then lost all the electrics in my home following a flood. They came out to make sure the house was electrically safe and within hours of asking for them to take a look at it all.

Today they’ve been back and fitted two fan lights, 8 new sockets in my living room ready for my media wall, and a double socket in the top room.

Super efficient, reliable, friendly and genuinely caring. Everything has been done brilliantly and it’s so reassuring to have found an electrician I completely trust. 100% recommend and will definitely use again.
